PRELIMINARY WARRANTS QUESTIONNAIRE

VSL WARRANT - 1:

Maximize Capacity

Purpose: To maximize capacity by maintaining uniform travel speeds that are optimal for the current volume of traffic, and prevent the system from becoming "unstable" and reaching congested conditions.

To begin the process of determing if deployment is warranted at your location, please answer the following questions and click the submit button at the bottom of the page.

The preliminary warrants are entirely intended to serve agencies in the operations and maintenance device deployment decision making process. The warrants can also be used to validate existing device deployments.
