Minnesota Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) Concept of Operations and System Requirement Specification (SRS)
Athey Creek Consultants was the prime contractor and led a team to conduct the initial portions of the Systems Engineering (‘Vee’ diagram) process for the Minnesota Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) project. In this project, Athey Creek facilitated discussions with 9 stakeholder agencies including city, county, transit and State traffic and emergency services agencies. This project was performed under strict guidance from the USDOT Systems Engineering Team. The Concept of Operations and System Requirements documents exist now and will be used for the procurement process.
