Oregon DOT Phase 2Traveler Information System Expansion –Procurement Support
Athey Creek Consultants was retained by the Oregon DOT to perform the follow-on activities to Phase 1 Traveler Information System Expansion to Local Cities and Counties. . During Phase 1 Athey Creek developed a Concept of Operations document and High Level Requirements document to provide options with moving forward with expansion of Oregon’s traveler information system with the local counties and cities. In Phase 2 of this project, requirements were developed for an entry tool that would allow the four cities and three counties to enter traveler information to the central repository that feeds the traveler information system. Athey Creek worked with the local city and county stakeholders, as well as with the Oregon DOT, to ensure that the entry tool would allow adequate information to meet the traveler information needs.
