North/West Passage Corridor Work Plan 3 and 4
Athey Creek Consultants currently provides ITS Planning support services to the eight-state ITS program called the ‘North/West Passage Program’. This program is a Pooled Fund Program and requires an annual work plan, an ITS architecture, and development of projects (scopes and budget), and project oversight. Athey Creek has provided project planning support to the group of states (Washington State, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Minnesota, and Wisconsin) through the completion of their Work Plan #3. Upon successfully completing the contracted project, the North/West Passage program selected Athey Creek for an additional 3 years of Program Planning support including support of Work Plan #4.
