Athey Creek Consultants was part of a team that developed the ITS Deployment Plan for the North/West Passage Corridor (Wisconsin to Washington). Athey Creek led development of the traveler information portions of the plan, working with all states along the North/West Passage (Washington State, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin) .
