Minnesota Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) Stage 3 Deployment – Request for Applications
Athey Creek Consultants was contracted by the Minnesota DOT to provide Project Management Support for a USDOT initiative called the Integrated Corridor Management (ICM) Stage 3 Project. In an earlier stage of the project, Athey Creek supported the Systems Engineering process. As part of Stage 3, Mn/DOT contracted with Athey Creek to support the development of the USDOT Request for Applications (RFA) for deployment of ICM in Minnesota. The application was submitted in May of 2009.
