Minnesota DOT Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ) Applications
Athey Creek Consultants worked with the Minnesota DOT in 2007 and 2009 to complete Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Applications for submittal to the Minnesota Metropolitan Council. The applications requested funding for deployment and integration of devices (DMS, CCTV, fiber) and to advanced signal retiming and coordination. .
